We at Speed Web Services LLP adhere to clear refund and cancellation policies for all our offered services. Please review the respective service level agreement for detailed terms before initiating a refund or cancellation request.

Cancellation Policy / Refund Policy

  • If a customer wishes to cancel a service, they must send an official request via email to info@speedwebservice.in or mail a signed letter to our registered office address.
  • Our finance and management team will review the case and provide guidance on the next steps.
  • In cases where the issue is verified to be from our side, the refund process will be initiated within seven (7) working days of approval.
  • Clients will be notified by our accounts team once the refund is processed.
  • Unverified or incomplete requests will not be considered valid.
Money Refund Policy

Speed Web Services has specific refund policies applicable to different services. Please refer to the relevant service agreement for precise terms. Refund eligibility will depend on various factors such as project progress, contractual commitments, and third-party costs incurred.

We are not responsible for reimbursement of third-party charges or payment gateway fees. The final refund amount will exclude these non-recoverable costs.

Refund Schedule

Reason for Cancellation Refund Policy Explanation
Within 24 Hours after placing the order 90% Refund 10% will be deducted for payment gateway and processing charges.
Within 2–3 Days after advance payment 50% Refund Team allocation and initial project setup costs apply; hence, 50% deduction.
After 3 Days from project confirmation No Refund Work will have commenced and resources allocated, making refund infeasible.
Client overpaid by mistake 100% Refund (less gateway fees) Excess payment will be refunded after deducting payment gateway charges.
Client does not like the design No Refund Multiple revisions are provided during the design phase to ensure satisfaction.
Work delayed due to Speed Web fault Up to 50% Refund Refund applicable after verifying documentation and correspondence delays caused by us.
Technical or third-party hosting/domain issues No Refund We are not liable for issues caused by third-party vendors or service providers.
SEO-related issues from third-party sources No Refund Refunds are not applicable for SEO delays or failures due to third-party dependencies.
